  • What is Reunion Island Pool Club?

    • Reunion Island Pool Club is an Australian first rooftop leisure experience, complete with 10 heated plunge pools, bespoke food and beverage offerings and a recreation program. It’s summer in the city.

  • How does it work/what can I expect when I arrive?

    • When arriving, you will be greeted at concierge who will take you through the experience.
      No booking? We will sort your experience.
      Have a booking? Our expert staff will take care of your every need, just present your booking confirmation to our concierge and we will take care of the rest.

  • How do I get to Reunion Island?

    • You can find us on Level 3, inside Melbourne Central, just past Strike Bowling and B-Lucky.

  • I heard this is a pop-up – how long will Reunion Island be up and running for?

    • That’s true, we’re here for a good time, not a long time! Open to May 2019.

  • Are there plans for more Reunion Island Pool Clubs?

    • Reunion Island Pool Club is the first of its kind in Australia, but we’re hoping it’s not the last! Stay tuned.

PRICING

  • How much does it cost to have a swim?

    • Private bookings start at $100 for a 4 person pool.

  • I’ve booked but can’t make it – can I get a refund?

    • No refunds sadly  - but contact us and we will see what we can do subject to availability.

FACILITIES

  • Are shower facilities available?

    • Yes shower and change room facilities are available.

  • Is the venue kid-friendly?

    • We love kids! In fact I have 5, so yours are welcome too. Please ensure they are supervised at all times ☺

  • I have kids – are there lifeguards present?

    • Due to the nature of our plunge pools, Reunion Island does not have lifeguards present. Swimming with and supervising your children at all times is a condition of entry.

WEATHER

  • It’s cold! Are your plunge pools heated?

    • They sure are! Great for a post work out soak, a weekend silly session with your pals or even a uni destress paddle (psst - we also have a sauna!).
      Our plunge pools can be heated up to 38 degrees!

  • It’s Hot and sunny! Do you have shade?

    • Absolutely! We also have a bar slinging super chilly, yummy cocktails and frosty beers to keep you refreshed.


ACCESSIBILITY

  • Do you have wheelchair access?

    • Absolutely! You can reach us via the lifts to level 3 and roll on in our front doors.
      We also have Accessible bathrooms and shower facilities.

SWIM

  • How do I book a pool?

    • All bookings can be made via our website or at the door.

  • How long can I book for?

    • Private Pool bookings start from 1 hour and can be extended if you wish to stay longer.*
       

  • How big are the pools?

    • We have three sizes

      • 4 -6 people

      • 8 – 10 people

      • 10 – 12 people

  • Will I need to bring my own towel?

    • We have towels available for hire and purchase but feel free to BYO.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

  • What’s on offer?

    • We’ve enlisted Jimmy Hurlston (the genius behind Easey’s) to serve a delicious LA inspired lunch and dinner menu, featuring burgers, nachos and pizza. Plus there’s two bags serving up our signature cocktails, refreshing wines and chilled beers to quench your thirst.

  • Can I bring my own food and drinks into the space?

    • No, sorry! However we are certain you will find something to hit the spot with our wide range of beverage options, and classics like the CLUB Sandwich, pizza and burgers being served for lunch and dinner.

  • Are there vegan and vego options?

    • Yes, we have you covered here!

  • What time are @easey’s open?

    • 12pm - 9pm, Friday - Sunday.

FUNCTIONS

  • Can I host a function/event at Reunion Island?

    • Of course – we would love to have you!
      Please get in touch with our friendly functions team.

  • How many people can the space hold?

    • We can host functions for up to 500 guests.

  • Is there a minimum spend?

    • Our function packages require a minimum of 30 guests, and cover all the essentials for your event!
